Garrett welcomed me when I arrived, explained the service to be done, offered a car if I needed one (I didn’t) and gave me an estimate and time. He kept me informed and was kind enough to replace my batteries in my key fobs. He kept me informed and also called when my car was ready ahead if the estimated time.

Been going to Mercedes Benz of lynnwood for years and they always do great service work and offer me cool loaners, they went above and beyond this last time, my car check engine light kept coming on after service and they immediately took my car back in to see what it needed and gave me a cool loaner each time, the warranty covered a big part of the work and my car is running great with no problems now, 5 stars!
