Honestly, best dealership experience ever! Start with Mathew he was amazing, got us stuff from the vending machine and joked as long as we buy a car lol, he was not pushy on what we wanted to do. And he just wanted us to see what they had that could compare to a telluride we originally came in to get. We had no intention to buy a Volkswagen and he got us to drive away with one. On the way out he even got the family ice cream. Funny and great personality and he was fun to have as a sales guy. We would joke with him on trying to get better deals and had some good laughs. Closing and signing paperwork was super easy couldnt have asked for anything different. When we got home everything was good until the next morning we realized we lost a seat from what we drove on our 21 telluride. We along with Mathew failed to notice or even look and my Wife and I do take most of that blame because we never lifted the third row and just figured it was 3 seats. Thats when we realized were in trouble on sunday morning. Sunday they were closed but still got back to us and said no worrys we will get this figured out on Monday and we won't allow yall to go without a car to fit the whole family, Which was a reliever since we had to wait until they open on Monday. That is when John came in and they worked things out and set us up with the car we originally came in to get which was a 2025 Kia Telluride. My wife originally wanted this car since she had the 2021 Telluride. John made this as smooth as he could seeing the bank already finalized everything. I didn't realize this would have all been done so quickly on a Sunday but John set it up to buy back and get us close to what we would have been before if we just sold the 21 Telluride and bought the 25 Telluride. My wife and I are so thankful for Jeff and Principle for working with us to make it right when they really didn't have to! John was great helped us both times while we were there. He is great with kids and made my daughter feel at home the whole time. My wife and I are so happy with our second trip and John made it easy and had the paper work ready to go the moment we got there. He also had the vehicle prep and ready knowing we were coming back for the Telluride. John never showed any signs of aggravation and always had a smile on his face. I'd like to let anyone buying a vehicle from Principle know Mathew and John are AMAZING.
