We had never purchased a car through the Internet. Our experience with this dealership Bozard Lincoln of Saint Augustine FL. and their great salesman Mike Murdock was incredible and made it easy. We love the choice we made with the Aviator Black Label. We recommend this salesman and dealership to anyone who desires a positive experience.
I previously purchased a vehicle from Bozard in 2023 and it was an amazing experience! I decided to purchase a new 2026 Ford Explorer and I reached out to the same sales rep I worked with before. Devin was very quick to respond and was able to work through some issues I had with the deal. I also worked with Ricky in the finance department and all I can say is he went above and beyond what I ever expected from a dealership! He is extremely personable and helped me work through some different options to get to the payment I wanted. In the end, it was the best possible experience I could have imagined. I also really appreciate they do not have any dealer markups or addendums on their vehicles! If you are in the market for a vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Devin and Ricky! I will definitely be back again for my next vehicle!!
Excellent customer service from initial greeting at the dealership to the time I picked up the truck. Very informative with all information on each truck that I looked at and stayed engaged with all the questions I presented to him. I requested an add on that required additional time before the truck was ready go pick up but Spencer keep me informed throughout the entire process. Very pleasant disposition and character. I despise the car purchasing process and dealing with dealerships but this experience was very easy and smooth.
