Bozard Ford's staff is very friendly and professional. They made the purchasing process very easy and efficient. Staff was attentive and made me feel welcome. Definitely a great example of a business putting the customer first. Steven Utley is sales, was very professional and personable. He was not pushy, but very helpful with the process of purchasing my vehicle and getting my vehicle ready for pickup. David Stalvey was very welcoming and wasnt trying to sell a car, but helping with purchasing the vehicle I was interested in. James in Finance, was very friendly and made the process quick and easy.
Hayden was absolutely fantastic. I sent in a vehicle request late Monday evening and he responded within 10 minutes and included multiple videos of the trucks that I was interested in. Being an out of town customer this was greatly appreciated as I was trying to narrow down the color I wanted. By Tuesday morning, Hayden worked out the offer sheet including exactly what I wanted for my trade in. Vehicle was purchased on Wednesday. I was in and out of the dealer within an hour and that included 30+ mins for a test drive and sitting in my new truck going over all the features and setting up the Ford App. Easiest vehicle purchase experience I ever had and I truly appreciated that Hayden and Bozard Ford played no games, and didn't try to tack on any unnecessary extras.
Carson Fogg was the service advisor on my mustangs oil change. I was so excited to work with such and knowledgeable young man, he's extremely hard working too, I can tell! What an asset he is to the team at Bozard!!
It was a great car buying experience. Brett was fantastic. He spent a lot of time and effort to help us find the right car at the right price. I would definitely recommend Brett and Bozard Ford to anyone.
Fairly seamless and straightforward transaction. Not a lot of run around, which was really nice. Was able to get on the phone and get things done. Highly recommended.
