Hi everyone, just wanted to share my experience working with Cliff. I called up about a used vehicle that they were selling and he was excited to share that “it’s one of the cleanest cars I’ve ever sold”. I was happy to hear the enthusiasm and sincerity in his voice, he had passion for this car. I was thrilled and applied without even seeing it due to dealer reviews and the immaculate CARFAX. We talk terms, price, payment and schedule for me to drive two hours to pick up the car. The next day I get a phone call that “the owner was upset and wouldn’t allow him to sell me the vehicle for the agreed price, that it was actually going to have to be the original price or I couldn’t pick up the car.” At first I was irritated and then agreed due to wanting the vehicle. The more I thought about it, I was fully approved and had a purchase agreement, they would honor it. Cliff then proceeded to call me for another week after I walked away trying to convince me to come back. It’s unfortunate because I really loved the car and was looking forward to working with a reputable dealer. Just be AWARE, check your numbers twice, hopefully I was just the unfortunate one.

From the moment I spotted the car I wanted on their website, I knew this was it! Cliff responded to my email, inquiring about the car, immediately. From the moment I called him I knew it would be a no pressure, happy experience ~ and it was! He answered all mine and my daughter's questions and gave me a print out of the cars history. This guy is very knowledgeable, fun, and just an all around great guy! They have beautiful cars on their lot at very great prices. If you're looking for a great deal, and a great experience, this is the place to go! My car is like brand new and I'm in love with it! Worst experience ever! Do not take your car here for repairs! I took my car there to get repaired from bullet holes. My car was shot at in a drive by. It shattered both my passenger windows and one passenger door. The windows were replaced and the door was replaced. I had pictures of my car from right before I took it into the shop and the other passenger door looked fine. When I went to pick up my car, after a little over a week, the door with no damages on it had dings and scratches all over it. Josh the guy that was handling my damages said, "Oh don't worry, your insurance will cover that, I just need to call him to do another adjustment. So my car had to stay in the shop for another week until he fixed the dings and scratches he put in my car. Bad enough already, a couple of days later when taking my nephew out to the park I seat belted him in the passenger seat and found that he was stuck in there because they had put the broken glass inside the knob of the seat belt. I will never use this shop to do any kind of car repairs again!

Nothing but great things to say about Florin Rd Collision. I took my van in for collision repair before the Thanksgiving holiday. The work was in the shop about a week. Work was clean. Friendly and honest service.
