I will change my review once this is settled- but we just tonight found that the second license plate which was in glove box does not match the back license plate. Amazing that the sales person never caught this? So they sold a used car with over one year expired tags and acted like it was no big deal and they said they would pay all back fees to dmv- but the DMV registration site shows it was "rejected" and sent back to them because it needs "action items". When I asked the finance person this info- I was told to not worry about it. Ironically, tonight we were pulled over by the police and we now have a "fix a ticket". We are yet to hear from the sales guy that helped us. We also have asked to see the smog certificate that they ran....Things should go much smoother than this. This place has good reviews so we are upset that this has occurred with no real valid answers. I hope the manager at this location reaches out to us. Very disappointed with the run around xx.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Service from a Wonderful Team We had a great experience at Covina Volkswagen, and the whole team made everything easy and stress-free. Lya, our sales agent, was kind, patient, and very helpful. She answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. She really cared about helping us find the right car. Diego, the manager we worked with, was honest and clear. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we felt comfortable with every step. George in finance was great too. He explained all the paperwork clearly and made the process quick and simple. Everyone worked together as a team, and it showed. We felt respected and taken care of the whole time. We would definitely recommend Covina Volkswagen to friends and family and would be happy to come back again.

I had a dead battery, so I jumped the car at home and drove it to the service department to have it replaced. It was replaced and the system reset in less than an hour. Great service always at VW Covina!!

I've been going there over 20 years, since my first car and I've never felt like I didn't belong. It's a family and they will treat you like one. They will communicate any updates with you. They will always greet you with a smile and listen to you when you. They are amazing.
