I will change my review once this is settled- but we just tonight found that the second license plate which was in glove box does not match the back license plate. Amazing that the sales person never caught this? So they sold a used car with over one year expired tags and acted like it was no big deal and they said they would pay all back fees to dmv- but the DMV registration site shows it was "rejected" and sent back to them because it needs "action items". When I asked the finance person this info- I was told to not worry about it. Ironically, tonight we were pulled over by the police and we now have a "fix a ticket". We are yet to hear from the sales guy that helped us. We also have asked to see the smog certificate that they ran....Things should go much smoother than this. This place has good reviews so we are upset that this has occurred with no real valid answers. I hope the manager at this location reaches out to us. Very disappointed with the run around xx.

Diego, the manager we worked with, was honest and clear. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we felt comfortable with every step. George in finance was great too. He explained all the paperwork clearly and made the process quick and simple. Everyone worked together as a team, and it showed. We felt respected and taken care of the whole time.
