Very pleasant visit, snacks and hot drinks are good starters for a beautiful day, staffs are accommodating. The service advisor George Khakis is always ready for answers for questions about the service and maintenance.
This was my first time going to a Mercedes dealership and I left impressed. Staff was polite, professional, and accommodating. Show room was clean and organized. A vastly different experience compared to other dealerships I have been to.
Peter took care of the problem of our rv and spent time to explain the problem and how it was taken cared of. We appreciated that. It was worth driving there

Time for maintenance service was too long almost 4hours, other than that John Chow is great with all info I asked for and helped me with Lyft ride
