Matthew, the service writer, got me in to have my car seen within the week. Usually they can get me in the next day. As I thought that I had a MAJOR problem, he got me in as quickly as he could. As I have a pretty good travel to get there, I dropped my car off the day before. My appointment was scheduled for the next day at 10. At 9:45, Matthew called with news that my car was finished!!! As it turned out, my MAJOR problem was a few loose exhaust screws. I was completely happy with my whole experience (as I always am) I will continue to have my car serviced there. The travel is well worth my while! First class people and workmanship. Keep up the good work!
