Professional and transparent sales negotiation process with Maria, She worked over the July 4th holiday to get the sale done. Very helpful sales associate Mike. He was clear and patient helping us with setting up and teaching us about the features This is our 4th BMW. . We will be back in 3 years to lease another BMW which are all awesome vehicles.
It was a pleasure dealing with Mark. I never felt pressured. Through his perseverance he found my dream car i4 in the Dravit Grey with the exact options I wanted. He also went to bat for me with his sales manager to get me the lease price I had discussed with him. Mark was genuinely very happy for me. I also dealt with the finance mgr. Ruslan who explained everything in detail and never pressured me into purchasing anything additional which I also appreciated. I also appreciated Chris who made sure I was confident enough to drive my first electric vehicle home. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend using Mark if you’re in the market for a BMW along with this dealership. Truly a pleasant experience which I haven’t said often in all my years of leasing vehicles.
