I’ve purchased several BMWs over the years, two from dealerships in Massachusetts, and two from BMW of Anchorage, and my experiences with BMW of Anchorage have always been far and away better than any that I had with dealers back east. In fact, they were more professional, more thoughtful, and more enjoyable to do business with than any other dealer I’ve worked with. I purchased an i4 from them in January, and Jae was amazing to work with. He answered all of the questions that I had, was responsive, and he followed up often to make sure that everything was working out well and that the car was everything I wanted. Though they are the only BMW dealer in Alaska, they are amongst the best I’ve worked with anywhere
