All employees we interacted with were very kind and helpful. They made sure all details and information was understood and even brought an interpreter for me as I had someone who better understood Spanish with me.

Service center workers are very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I like how they send a video of work done on the car. It's the only place I take my cx 30 for service. I never feel pressure to get additional work.
