My service advisor is very professional and extremely competent. He knows his business and does feed me any B S.
Service was great today. I was not expecting to pay $400 for breaks today. That was an expense. I was not looking to pay. Overall, the service is always been very good at this dealership. The service guys have always been pretty nice and helpful.

Wow, we have relocated to Charlotte and I needed my daughter’s car serviced so made an appoinment at Scott Clark Toyota. It was a very good experience and the service consultant, Daniel made sure that the Corolla was in good shape to get my daughter to and from UNC Charlotte safely. Waiting area is bright and very pleasant. I’ll be back whenever the car needs more service.
