This was our first time engaging with the Volkswagen dealership in Muskegon Michigan to deal with a very long and complicated case for our car. The reason I am writing this review is because Beth was such an amazing advocate for us. She went above and beyond to ensure that all the parties involved in our claim were updated and she was so good about calling and even texting back, even when the shop at Audi Muskegon is always so busy. She made me feel so much better about the situation and explain things in a way that made sense. I am thankful to have had her around to help with the car and keys, and also validate my feelings.
