Pleasantly surprised. Warmly met by Sales Rep Carlos. Before entering the car, he provided details on the history of the dealership and the expectation was customer satisfaction, while explaining the the key exterior features of the car and what they do. once in the car ensured mirrors, seat, steering wheel adjusted so I would be comfortable and explained key details. After purchase, he spent a good amount of time ensuring the app was set up, walking through steering wheel features, infotainment features. He will also follow up in a few days to answer any questions we might have. It was an enjoyable experience.
