Very professional and productive. And Frank reached out to me during the the to tell update me on the progress of my work being done on my pickup. I was very happy with their progress and service!
Gareth was great to work with. He explained the work that was going to be done that day and also what service would be needed at the next service check. I’ve had issues previously with the service team not being truthful about the work being done, so I’m still a bit hesitant and not sure yet if I’d recommend Scranton to others. Time will tell.
