Coupon was false had to wait 2 hours went to another shop for work bad

I went to Coggin Nissan at Avenues in Jacksonville florida to get an oil change and to follow up on a recall part that Nissan told me to come in for, Amanda who is one of the service providers was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about threw out the entire process. She made the time pass so smooth and made the process worth my wait. Thanks for the speedy process Amanda and professional customer service. Job Well done!!!

The process went smoothly. Everyone was helpful from beginning to end, smiles all around. Went in for a new deal which was supposed to lower my payment but ended up coming out with a brand new truck. Yay me!!!

1) They recommended service ($1,500.00) that I had fixed since my last visit. 2) They would not fix an issue performed by another dealership under warranty until I challenged them. 3) My transmission broke on a trip and needed to be replaced ($6,200) by a dealer 800 miles from home. Out of warranty by 8 months. Only 80,000 miles
