Recently made an appointment to have some running boards installed on my acadia. The appointment was made with AI....and I dont advise. Well when I got there the service guy said they would not have time to install items on my car before closing.....needles to say I was VERY disappointed. I had already taken off from work and traveled over 45 minutes. Well the Brown Wood Crowd including Mike Duke, John Kelly, Brett and Tim made everything RIGHT and worked things out for me. GREAT JOB by this crew and it was certainly appreciated. Thanks a Bunch Brown Wood

Brought my GMC truck in today for a oil change without an appointment, I ended up also getting a new set of new tires. I couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience, the price was great and the service was exceptional,but best of all was Tim Colemore the service writer, he was a great representative for Brown and Wood. I will be a customer for life!

Absolutely terrible Service dept! The techs have no knowledge. If they cant pull a code and get a gm bulliten with instructions they are lost! Carried my truck in with oil leak and picked it up undrivable. After i broke down i found my front wheel well in the back of truck and found several bolts missing. No way they were done, now its howling and the diesel exhaust smell is so strong i cant drive it. The manager will not return my call so they are not interested in making it right! Not good business! If i get a call to make it right i will remove this review and give them another chance!

poor service had problems with my lower control arm on my 2023 gmc sierria had it fixed now having problems with excessive ware on front tires. then they lost my keys while servicing my truck. no communication at all.
