8th BMW i have owned bought here last year. I received 12 month service call setup call from dealer and agreed upon this appointment. My service only consisted of oil change and basic checklist completion, with nothing else found required. This simple service took over 7 hours. I also never achieved my requested genius discussion that i specifically asked for at checkin. Fortunately I have another closer BMW dealer I will always use in future.
