Woodfield Lexus provides excellent customer service. Victorino took such great care of me. I will always come back to Woodfield Lexus. Arlington Lexus provides terrible customer service that’s why I went back to Woodfield Lexus. Unfortunately when I bought my car Woodfield did not have any in stock that’s why I ended up at Arlington. Arlington did service on my car that was not needed and charged me for it. Plus their customer service lacks.

From start to finish, Tammy was courteous, helpful, and punctual. The wait time to service my vehicle was extremely reasonable.
