Five Star Ford of Lewisville is the ONLY place I will ever buy a Ford from. Even if I move across the country or they don't have exactly what I want, the buying experience was that great. Almost every dealership I worked with was offensively disrespectful to my time and sense - hiding prices until I spent a day at their showroom, dishonest about availability, and claiming to be "transparent" when in fact they were the complete opposite. Five Star Ford of Lewisville was a completely different experience from start to finish. My salesperson Logan was outstanding. I'm based in Austin — 3.5 hours away — so I needed to handle as much as possible remotely before making the trip. Logan was communicative, flexible, and never made me feel pressured or misled. He was fully prepared to finalize the deal remotely and arrange delivery if I wanted it. What really stood out: they even installed a few aftermarket things I wanted (tint, bedliner, tonneau cover) before I signed a single piece of paperwork. That kind of trust in a customer is something I've never experienced at a dealership. New car manager Brandon was equally impressive. He helped clarify the technical side of the financials during negotiations and genuinely felt like he was working in my interest by ensuring I was taking advantage of every rebate and discount — not just trying to close a deal. Finance manager Jakson was transparent and respectful through closing. Every finance department I've ever dealt with has felt like someone was working an angle on me — Jakson was the opposite. He communicated the value of their post-sale offerings honestly, and I never felt pressured. I usually treat this part of the process like a timeshare presentation - take a nap, put in headphones, or just beg to get it over with. Jakson's approach was the first time I've ever seriously considered a service contract (that's saying something) because he took the time to listen and explain the specific elements that mattered to me. I will buy every Ford I ever own from this dealership. If you're dreading the dealership experience, I promise this place should be the first and last one you work with. Congrats, Five Star, you have restored my faith that a pleasant car buying experience still exists. I'm happy that I'll never have to question who I'm going to buy from and refer people I care about to again.
