What Others Say

Luis was very helpful and managed the replacement quickly. His time estimate was spot on

Everyone at Ford has been so helpful and accommodating during the whole experience from us buying our vehicles to us getting them serviced.

I was allowed to do a night drop. Everyone was friendly. Service kept me posted about the progress.

Folsom Lake Ford is always the best at taking care of my vehicle and service needs. I trust Jim V. With his recommendations for my 2007 mustang and feel that his knowledge on the vehicle helps me make decisions on the services that my vehicle needs.

Sammy's customer service was excellent, we really appreciate the car rental while we waited for our car to be repaired.

Anthony Civello was a consumate sales professional the entire process - thorough, friendly, and courteous. His follow up since we picked up the vehicle has also been stellar. I will be happy to refer Anthony should the opportunity present itself. Not crazy about the extended warranty and extended service program options totaling over 20% of the vehicle's purchase price -- seems there should be a better way to offer this "value." Obviously the aim is to supersize the purchase after the price of the vehicle has been set -- asking for a lot more up front money for future services. Understand they're options and we can say no -- but it's still a most annoying part of the process.
