I brought my truck to the service department for a software update and dealt with Mike and Tony who were both professional, friendly and helpful. The job was completed in a timely manner and they provided a ride for me to pick up the vehicle which had been washed inside and out. I’m very happy with the service department at Herb Chambers.
I recently purchased a 2026 Suburban from Herb Chambers Chevrolet and had a 5 star experience across the board. Joe B in sales was approachable, not sales-y at all and truly just wanted to help my wife and I. The general manager Bobby briefly got involved to help ensure we felt good about the numbers and gave us supreme confidence we were making a good decision. And then Adi in finance went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly the right add-ons/warranties that make sense for us. Grateful to this team and recommend them with supreme confidence.
Over all ok experience would have been nice for them to disclose the lack of a second key and also for them to help with pricing on a new one when I asked by. I gave a 4 star because the lady was nice and I understand her job is to sell but that info would have been nice while going over the truck.
Everyone we meet in the dealership was very nice, professional and took the time to find out what was most important to my husband and I about buying a car and how they could make that happen.
