After being towed to this dealership to learn what was wrong with our Bentayga, their whole service team jumped forward to help 2 customers in distress. Working with them as they diagnosed the vehicle issues, we wandered into the sales arena…and they showed us several other Bentaygas in case we wanted to consider a new purchase. No pressure…and they had the exact color I love on the floor. So we chose to adopt the new Bentayga, and the sales team jumped into action to make it happen quickly. They even transferred all our luggage from a 2 month trip into the new car while we completed paperwork. I cannot save enough nice things about this whole team of experts that coordinated their every move to satisfy us. They turned a catastrophic situation into a wonderful memory and we are 1000% satisfied.
