What Others Say

Although I didn’t buy my Jeep from Breeden the Service Dept did at least 10 backflips to get my Jeep repaired. Ms Cory took the lead and organized the repair. When it comes time for me to purchase a new vehicle, I will be buying from Breeden. Awesome Service Dept!

I took my 2012 jeep wrangler in for miss fire on coil 5. $800.00 later and it was still missing. I looked into replacing the wiring harness but they can’t tell me which one and of course their labor is not warranty and put against the $5,100.00 for both harness’s and labor. Funny how the amount comes up to the down payment on a new jeep without the accessories I have on my current jeep. And you can’t transfer them. I asked them if my mechanic from my local dealership had moved up there and the girl assured me he was there. Well come to find out she lied to me to get me in the door. I’m glad I switched to Toyota on my last truck. And I don’t like the way the new wranglers look.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. Never heard anything good in all my years about this place but gave them a chance with my girlfriend's Jeep Renegade. After several weeks of picking it up taking it back them telling me they had it fixed and adding new parts to it each time only to find out it wasn't fixed. Always had sincere Steve service representative sincerely shaking my hand each time as they took more money from me and let him know that he had my best interest at heart each time. We went through 1700 plus dollars to get nothing fixed and I took it to a guy who's a shade tree mechanic who just looked at me and said did they check the battery cable? No of course not they looked at only the alternator and everything else that costs tons of money. I'll told yes I got it fixed by the shade tree mechanic for $200 and it works great and never looked back. I would never go to Breeden Dodge even though I'm about to buy a Jeep and I wouldn't spend $0.10 with them. And I did send them this exact review directly to their general manager and got no response which I thought was kind of funny considering probably this was a normal way for them to do business I always heard it was and I got to experience it first hand.

I had my 06 dodge ram 3500 5.9 L diesel taken to Breeden dodge. Someone had poured something into my fuel tank. It took the dealership longer than expected to repair my engine. I found out later that they replaced things that were not necessary to replace. I also discovered major components that the mechanics broke and left on the vehicle. My intake manifold was broken. My dipstick tube broken. They just left it. That is disgusting for the price of $14,500.00 repair. I would never go back to that dealership to have anything done ever again.

They were helpful in havjng my truck towed in for repairs and Steve was very nice and professional.

Breeden Dodge has the best service department. Fast, Knowledgeable and friendly service. They take care of their customers.
