I went in because of a non-working radio and screen. The service rep Bill was very helpful. He wasn’t sure how long the diagnostics would take but offered me a Lyft back to my house and back if I didn’t want to wait. I decided to wait a couple of hours first, at which time the problem was fixed. Turns out it was a rare but easy to address issue with a reset which he showed me how to do. He also fixed another minor tech issue that was out of synch. All in all, very efficient and professional service.
We had an excellent experience buying a Hyundai Ioniq 5 at Metrowest Hyundai. Everyone we dealt with there was friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, Nicholas Andreoli, was especially great; enthusiastic, cheerful, helpful, and very patient. He really knew the car and spent a ton of time explaining all of its features to us. Then when we came to pick up the car, he spent another hour teaching us the car. This is our first all-electric car, with touch-screen apps, so there was a lot to learn! Nicholas has kept in touch with us and did another instruction session with us via phone and FaceTime a few weeks after we brought the car home. He has always been cheerful and patient. We have never had this kind of personalized service with any previous car we've purchased (and we're in our 70's so we've bought a number of cars over the years). Nicholas gets the award for being the best car salesman we have ever dealt with!

I purchased a 2023 Tucson Hybrid in November 2022, when Tucson Hybrids were in very short supply. I didn't love paying the "market adjustment" but I had my car within a month of when I got serious about purchasing a Tucson Hybrid. I worked with Tre Primm - he was great. Seven months after receiving delivery, I still love my car. I have not had to take my car in for service, so I can't offer an opinion on MW Hyundai's service department.
