We went to Denny Menholt Honda in Rapid City to look at this morning vehicle with an 11:00 am appointment with Bret Lees to see and drive this vehicle. Drove an hour up and back from Custer, spent an hour there just to here this Bert salesman say they just sold it to one of the other salesman's daughters and tried selling us a lower grade car. I will advise everyone to stay away from this place. Go to Liberty, they treat you great.
This is our first time working with this dealer. We worked with Jason and he was great! He was willing so work with our situation and made us feel comfortable. 10 out of 10 for Jason.
On a recent trip from chicago to rapid city, we had a tire pressure gauge light up on our car when temps were 97 and 98 degrees. On june 8th, we took it into the dealership and received immediate service from zach. We were so relieved to have it recalibrated and feeling safe on the road once again.you could tell right away that zach loves his job. So gracious and friendly in helping us. Thank you, zach. Rushmore Honda service center is by far the best experience I've had with getting my car serviced. I always choose to work with Zack Tague when I go in. He's seriously the best. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and so so helpful. Rushmore Honda is very honest, and tell you what needs to be done. They aren't cheating you out of money (like some places I've worked with are known for!). I expect my car to have a long, happy life because of the care it gets here. Wouldn't trust any one else in this city to take care of my car. Can't go wrong with Rushmore Honda.
Having been the automobile business for many years, I sometimes am more critical when writing a review. I had previous regular maintenance done and was pleased with the staff and work performed. When it came time to replace my tires, I chose to return to Rushmore Honda. The estimate process was seamless, as well as the scheduling of an appointment. The installation was done as promised and I was very pleased with the entire experience. I will happily recommend Josh, Sheila and the service staff at Rushmore Honda.
Bottom line up front: Made an appointment to replace the front brake pads and it took them two and half days to complete the maintenance. Then tell me that they are done and they close at two. I do not recommend you take your vehicle to get it serviced here. Full issue below if anyone cares: Wow, what can I say about the service I received at this place. I made an appointment to get the brake pads replaced and brought the car in on time the day of the appointment. Two hours later, I receive a call that they don't have the parts and will have to over night them. Okay, why was the appointment made and why did you take the car if you are not able to complete this simple maintenance. No problem, keep the car over night and get to it once the parts come in. Well the next day they messed up and did not order over night so the part didn't come in until the next day. We had the car there from Thursday to Saturday for a very easy issue. Then I get a call on Saturday at 1215 to let me know the car was finished. I let them know that as soon as my wife comes home, we will be on way to go get it. The customer service agent told me to be advised that they close at 2. Wow, so you had my car for two and a half days for break pad replacements and no decency to at least say that you will stay open till I get there or send a shuttle to come get me. Not sure if anyone else has had issues at this place but I assure you they have lost some loyal customers from taking our vehicles in for service and now from even buying a vehicle from this place as I just can't trust them.
