Dino was great in assisting and answering all of my questions. Unfortunately, my GMC 2019 Denali Terrain is a piece of garbage at 77,000 miles (nothing but problems since purchasing it. I would never purchase another GM product. I'll go back to Ford or another manufacture.
over all the oil change and tire rotation went well but when I picked up my car I found the old oil change sticker still on front left front of windshield and the new sticker laying on my dash. My drivers seat was totally moved and set different which i under stand your people need to drive my car but to change the set completely and not event set it back to the preset was kind of upsetting. I have always used this Chevy dealer for both new cars and service I was a little taken back on this oil change.

From start to finish, my experience with Castle Chevrolet in McHenry was nothing short of excellent. We worked the deal over the phone, they gave me their best price right away, and there was no need for endless haggling. When my wife and I landed at ORD and made our way to the dealership, my Camaro was ready, clean, and looking sharp. Eric Loredo is the man of the hour. Before I ever set foot in the dealership, he did a full virtual walk around and video tour of the car, answering all my questions in real time. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made this one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever done, especially buying out of state. Finance Manager Mike Lazzara sent all the paperwork ahead of time so I could DocuSign everything before arriving. When I walked in, all I had to do was take delivery. While Eric was my main contact, Sales Manager Matt Knudson was awesome to work with, and GSM Jerry Spanier came out to shake hands and personally make sure we were happy with the entire process. I also want to give a shoutout to Andrew Sytsma, who wasn’t my salesman but still took the time to come over, chat with my wife and me, and share his product knowledge while we were with Eric. That’s the kind of teamwork and customer care you do not see at every dealership. They knew my previous vehicle had been totaled in a tornado, and they went above and beyond to make sure this purchase was smooth and stress free. Eric and his team at Castle reminded me that buying a car does not have to be a long drawn out battle, and I truly appreciate them for making the experience a pleasant one. We would absolutely buy from them again.
Everyone was very helpful and worked with me to help me purchase two vehicles. I will definitely be back next time I need a vehicle.
