David was very patient and spent the time reviewing the features of the car…which has not always been the case previously. One thing the dealership and/or BMW could improve upon. I received two advertisements that had a better deal than what I got. I recognize that the terms are different but all this does is cause confusion and frustration. It is why I hate shopping for a car. But again, David did a nice job in reviewing the vehicle
