I can only tell you the only great experience we had her was are saleslady Tracy Langford,she had answers to all of are questions and was super friendly and kind! As for the service department they sucks rocks!! When we brought are new 2026 Hknda Passport home we notice a couple of scratches so we took the Passport back up to them and they said they will fix those scratches and have it ready on a few days,we'll it's been almost 2 weeks and still no car. So we went up there today and they were just getting ready to repaint,horrible service and a bunch of liars!!!
I came here because my radio head unit was not responding. They told me that I needed to replace the entire head unit. I asked for a price on replacing the head unit with the same OEM head unit from Honda. I was shocked at the price of the new head unit with labor included, they were trying to charge me $6,000! That is an absurd cost for a radio head unit! I was given 0 information on why it was such an expensive price. The only insight they offered me was to try and install an aftermarket radio on it. I felt as if they were money hungry and trying to charge me WAY more than the labor and product entailed. Very disappointed in Honda for this one. Looks like I am installing an aftermarket radio in it because I cannot justify spending 6k on a flipping radio lol. I called a custom stereo installation company shortly after and received great customer service and a reasonable price, I ended up saving 5k dollars going this route. All in all, customer service wasn't bad but the mark up for the service was ridiculous. I suggest servicing your vehicles elsewhere unless you want to pay 6x more for the same products just to say Honda installed them. Very bad experience to say the least.
This dealership is refusing to honor the warranty on a vehicle they sold me. The vehicle clearly has a mechanical issue because it will not go into 5th gear. I have both videos of this occurring and participated in a ride along with an employee who witnessed the vehicle not going into 5th gear and still they are refusing to fix the he vehicle.

Truly disappointing experience, but as it is my 7-8th experience exactly like this over the years, I suppose I am not entirely surprised. Called for service on my new vehicle 5 days in advance - got there 45 minutes early - 7 hours later nothing had been done at all and it was a simple TPMS that he scoffed at why it wasn’t right in the first place. Justin gives off a “you aren’t important vibe and after texts, 3 calls, 2 voicemails, etc and I came in there wasn’t even the simple “I’m sorry.” Easiest thing in the world to say - it’s why I have bought 3 Hondas from Honda East and won’t make the mistake of going to this dealership again in my lifetime. Kind of disgusting, honestly - but life is too short, go find someone that cares about you!
I came there with a recall, and my service was outstanding. Dean explained the process great and provided me all the essential information
