I was very pleased with the staff at Echo Park dealership. Joseluis Cortez listen to what I want to look at, did not try to sell me a different vehicle, went over all of the options to buy extra for the vehicle.(which I declined). He did not pressure me into buying anything extra. He helped with financing, got my answer right away and went home with the vehicle I wanted that night. I was able to get a warranty from the dealership for 1,000 miles or one month and all of the remaining warranty on the Kia for 4 years. After buying the vehicle we had it checked out by our mechanic and he said the vehicle was in great condition no problems. I just want to thank Echo Park dealership for being honest. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

John and Phil were both amazing and got me into a great deal and made it super easy. Appreciated the low pressure, no haggle environment as well. They put their best price forward and that was that. I did a lot of research and they had the best price forward what I was looking for in the Phoenix valley area, they had the next dealership beat by about $3,000.
This was our second time coming back, and once again Phil and Tony did not disappoint. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made the entire process smooth. We left with a vehicle we absolutely love. Highly recommend!
