This is only my second service for my auto. Carolyn was businesslike and enjoyable as well. She answered my questions.
Felt a littie rushed through the process of explaining the features of the car. Did not get a clear understanding of the controls. Was told.we would be contacted by some one to go over the controls. Have scheduled a half hour next Thursday to do that. Hope it is enough time. Reading owner’s manual, on page 181, lots more to go. Notes to understand otherwise we love the car
After 5 1/2 years of absolute trouble, free ownership of the best car on the road, my check engine light came on. A small sensor needed to be replaced. Covered under my warranty! So I got the oil changed and they suggested I changed an air filter. Back on the road with the best riding best handling car I’ve ever owned and I’ve had a lot of different brands. I’ll never own anything else, but a Subaru and my family is jumping on board one at a time. Course this car just may last me forever because it is a Subaru. That +35 miles per gallon running at 75 miles an hour down the interstate, but very healthy 25 miles per gallon around town. Tom Wood Subaru is a very busy dealership because there are so many people now turning into Subaru Tom Wood is a high-quality dealership. Expertise everywhere you turn. Very considerate, thorough, and everything is done properly.

Everything was made very easy from start to finish. Salesman was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had.
I made an appointment for a routine oil change & tire rotation. Took longer than the stated 1 hour. When I checked out, the service writer didn't include the multi-point inspection report with my receipt. This necessitated a second trip to the dealership to pick up the report.
