What Others Say

Eric Dyer my salesperson was great very professional, patient and understanding of all my needs. Donny did my paperwork 5 stars for both. Did I say the service department also gets 5 starts, Hunter was awesome. Thanks guys I'm glad I chose this dealership over hundreds in Alabama.

Amanda, the office manager took an issue and fixed it within days! Tag related and her follow up and communication was superb! She is a rock star. My daughter has her tags and on the way back to start his first job as college grad!!! Amanda you are truly appreciated. Shawn and Alex

These people will lie to you in a heartbeat. I have never been so hurt and disappointed in a company in my life! I will NEVER buy another vehicle for this company! Very underhanded! They are why car salesmen have such a bad reputation! Very deceptive!

My 78yo widowed mother has been a loyal customer for many years, but not after today. My parents have purchased three vehicles from this location over the years and have religiously brought those vehicles in for service. Earlier this fall, my mother’s Rav4 was hit by another vehicle while parked and sustained some damage to the driver’s side door. The other driver’s insurance covered the repairs without incident; however, they required us to document and prove the diminished value of the vehicle due to the damage. Since the car was bought and serviced at Toyota of Sylacauga, the place to help in determining this difference was obvious. I tried to call and explain what I needed and left two messages that were not returned. Today, I went in person only to be told they will not help with this, even though this is well within their abilities. If they can’t take five minutes to help a loyal customer, I’m not interested in doing business with them.

Toyota of Sylacauga ONLY cares for how many cars they sold. The place is so hungry for costumers. When we're car hunting on the site, they would email and sent us info about the cars we been eyeing at non stop. Well, we actually purchased a 2024 vehicle there. When we got there, their employee were nice. They said it came with two key fob, but only gave us one. Been told that Toyota would contact us for the 2nd key fob. It's been four months now and we have not heard anything. No email, no mail no phone calls from Toyota. We tried contacting Toyota of Sylacauga many times. We chatted with their professionals on the site regarding this issue as well. The professional said that someone would get back to us. They did, but all of them call us like we were looking for a car to buy. Said they see us interested in the 2024 blah blah blah, but we purchased that! Yeaah..I don't think they read what my inquiry was at all! This Toyota dealership DOES NOT CARE about their customer after their purchased. Even the manager, Robert M. who gave us his contact card DIDN'T return our email too. Been days. One of their lady that texted me said would get a hold of him, but nothing until this day. BEWARE! Go make your purchase at a different dealership. Not visiting this dealer ever again.

Went today to buy a Tacoma that was described “Meticulously taken care of” one owner and was going to pay what the asking price was. Received the xx excuse of the vehicle had a safety issue and couldn’t be sold to the general public, but was listed online on the dealers site and autotrader.
