Jeff was great to work with- definitely recommend him! The only problem we have is with getting the multiple warranty information we bought with the vehicle. We have reached out multiple times to the dealership on the information and still do not have it.
I came in thinking I had an issue. Turned out to be something completely different. They referred me to the correct place and provided me with advice on next steps even when I called back after my inspection. Gynnae is one of the most professional specialists I've had the pleasure of working with.
Friendly, helpful, professional. Made it easy to rest drive the vehicles we were interested in.
Did recall for towing software upgrade. Replaced hvac motor and did an ac vent refresh.
