Had a 10k mile service appointment. Got brake rotors and pads done and service advisor also got me a lifetime replacement of them as well :)
I bought my Toyota Highlander at Tonkin Toyota in 2015. The reason I return for service is Bobby Taylor. The best service advisor ever! He’s kind, super hardworking, efficient, professional and very trustworthy. I have faith in his recommendations and can’t thank him enough.. Others there are always helpful, great staff overall.
Staff were ALL very polite and asked if I needed any assistance due to my disability.
Everyone was kind curious helpful without being pushy very informative it was the first time buying a car that I didn’t feel pressured. Thank you!
Jamie Nguyen was Great for me for he went far beyond what was expected from him, he sacrifice his time on his day off to come help me to meet me and help me purchase a vehicle and help me as a disabled American veteran he went far and above assisting me helping me out this young man is needed, Thank you Jamie for making me a satisfied and happycustomer
