Rick Hendrick Chevrolet services our fleet of security vehicles. When given the opportunity to visit a different service station or dealership, I declined. I am impressed with the professionalism amongst the service advisors, and their ability to work together to achieve common goals. From my perspective, the most important goal of a service advisor is customer satisfaction. I am 100% satisfied that Rick Hendrick Chevrolet has met and exceeded all of my expectations.

First impression means a lot for me! From the initial call to set up the appointment to entering service area (super clean) and working with the service reps(10/10). The write to what was the fix for my car was very easy to understand.

The service manager Todd was attentive to the problems that my vehicle had and the problems that I experienced previously with getting it repaired. He kept me informed about the progress and the status throughout the time that it was there. The technicians did a great job identifying and resolving the problems that my vehicle had and the vehicle has run great since I picked it up.

Brady, Dallas, and Vivian were exceptional and took the pain out of new vehicle shopping experience. Even my wife, who hates doing this, actually enjoyed the experience of shopping at this dealership with these Sales Reps.

The salesman Aaron listened to what I wanted and gave me several options and produced pretty much what I asked for. I really didn’t like trying to charge me for oil changes, nitrogen and floor mats, but we hashed that out. I have been a customer of Hendricks since it was Colonial back in about 1983, and as long as I feel I am being treated fairly, I will continue to be a customer of Hendricks. GOOD JOB!!
