There’s always warm welcome at the dealership from service writers to the receptionist and sale agents. I have been buying and leasing cars from there sense 2006. Best place to buy or lease a vehicle.
The sales and finance people were professional, courteous and helpful. I would recommend this dealership. The process, although a little lengthy, was easy and a pleasure to engage with the staff.
Purchase of vehicle went well but everything after was horrible. Had to take it back for repairs with BMW, then in the shop over 3 weeks for additional repairs while going back and forth with the extended warranty, Ford dealership, and BMW. Then back in the shop again with BMW because they did not fully complete the registration and the vehicle needed to be weighed. Finance agent was helpful but after having the vehicle ~8 weeks, it was in the shop over half that time.
Professional and fast .. despite the fact that I still have issues with the CarPlay .. he was able to fix
