Efficient, friendly service department. I highly recommend them to anyone. I have purchased 6 vehicles from Fitzgerald, and their service has always been excellent.

My most recent experience with Subaru which involved the total replacement of my Subaru Forester 2015 clutch on Friday, July 24, 2026 was absolutely over the top AMAZING!! I can't say enough about the spectacular service that my car and I received!! Although, it was considered a semi-emergency: there was a burning/melting odor coming from my engine and a squeaking sound as I drove the car, I had been told that Subaru was completely packed and filled up with work!! My Advisor, Matthew Clark, was just fantastic in taking care that my problem got addressed immediately!! The 2 auto mechanics - and I believe they were Oscar & Pete - but please do check this out - did a fantastic job!! - my car drives incredibly smoothly as if I had just bought it! The man in the Parts Dept. - I believe his name is Terry - immediately had my part ready to replace my rapidly disintegrating old clutch - and all of this done IMMEDIATELY!! - unbelievable!! Not to mention, I was gifted with a generous discount from ALL of YOU!! I can just not say enough!! So many thanks is just not enough to say to ALL of you!! The care and Service I received was just awesome!! I am beyond grateful and appreciative!! So very sincerely, Mrs. Jennifer L. Linck (very proud and very grateful Subaru owner!!) Everyone who was involved or worked on my car is to be commended!! Just incredible!!

Fitzgerald service department has always been there, promptly when needed. In this instance they finished ahead of schedule and the price was lower than estimated. Ten Star
