I worked in new car dealerships in parts/ service for over 24 years during my first career. Most of those years as a service manager. I understand the importance of having great CSI scores and the likes and what it takes to honestly earn customer satisfaction. I’ve been associated with a number of different companies over the years taking care of my personal vehicles or the vehicles related to the work I was involved with. I like Schottenkirk Chevrolet. When I purchased my last vehicle I shopped around and found that Schottenkirk was the easiest to approach, ask questions and not feel trapped by sales associates. I’m no expert when it comes to buying a vehicle but I had fun and I felt like I was treated with respect. Before I purchased my Colorado I was introduced to the service department and since I was more keen to that side of things I spent a good amount of time checking things out. I was impressed. So since my purchase I’ve been back for a couple of service needs and regardless of who I work with I have received great service. The facility is always amazingly clean. It’s easy to access the service desk and start the process. I also understand that not everything on a vehicle cooperates as intended and that sometimes repairs need patience. And that’s what impresses me the most. The staff at Shottenkirk are willing to do whatever it takes to resolve any concerns. They’re upfront and honest. And that’s what it takes to help their customers work their way through any number of situations. Customers don’t go to the service department because they want to have a good day. They go there because something is wrong. Schottenkirk will help take your problem and turn it into a solution. It might not happen the first minute of every appointment but in the end you’ll be happy you chose them to help you with whatever ails your ride. I am!
Shottenkirk service department is great! They followed up with updates to my Warranty issue and completed the repairs. The service advisor Mike was excellent to work with.
