They always get me in and out and they are willing to check whatever I ask them to. I trust what they say, they’ve never tried to steer me towards something I didn’t need
Took my truck in because the coolant fan was running constantly. Scott and his team had it diagnosed, repaired and had me back on the road in under 2 hours. Service was great and if I have problems with my truck next time I'm in Iowa I will definitely take it back to Shottenkirk for repairs.
