Easy to schedule an appointment for service. Simple check-in with knowledgeable, professional advisor - Cole. Comfortable lounge w/ coffee and snacks. On-time wait / pick from services performed and a freshly washed and dried car. Simple checkout. So happy to see that Taylor is still there, too, w/ the change in ownership and is managing the service Advisors. She's a rockstar.
It was quick and easy to get information. We were able to qualify and take care of some paperwork before coming in, which was fantastic. There were straightforward conversations about price. And signing papers in person was streamlined.
