Carlos was GREAT ! the paperwork department guy could use some "people" skills improvement. I was very impressed with the size of the operation (inventory)

Phillip Surles and the team at James Wood were very helpful, friendly, courteous, and efficient in our purchasing of our used Buick. They answered all of our questions satisfactorily and guided us through the process. There was no high pressure and they seemed to be really concerned we were satisfied after the sale was made. I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to my relatives or friends needing a top quality auto.
