What Others Say
If you are trying to get service done on your vehicle good luck. Go somewhere else. This service department will take a week to "diagnose the problem", will empty a full tank of gas in that time, will leave the items that were in your centre console strewn about all over the cabin, and the ultimate outcome is - They can't diagnose it. Months later, I attempted to get more work done and was transferred from phone to phone to phone only to be sent to voicemail for a man who was never in his office. And never returned my phone calls. By about the 9'th day I gave up. Go somewhere else. These people are HORRIBLE at their job.
Now, If you want auto body work done... This *IS* the place. A separate building, separate crew of team members. A gentleman there answered my call right away, and got the work that I needed on my Jeep (removing some running boards) completed in the span of 10 minutes. He and the mechanic deserved the $80 tip they received for 10 minutes of work because GREAT work isn't appreciated enough, particularly when clowns running the entire operation keep the skilled workers tucked away in the back, in a separate much smaller building.
To The Jerks At The Service Department - Particularly The Man Running The Operation. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A *PENNY* FROM ME.
I bought a vehicle from Jeff Wyler and had some misunderstanding about the process. Then James call me and worked out all the details and made my buying experience a lot better and would buy from them again.
Service was great. Customer care team was very helpful and reported on time with any issues or concerns.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jeff Wyler Used Car Megastore while trying to purchase a vehicle after mine was totaled from being rear-ended.
Like many customers, I trusted their claims about a “multipoint inspection” and expected a certain level of safety and reliability. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced.
Over the course of a weekend, I test drove several vehicles. One in particular, a Kia Q4 or Q5, was so unsafe it should never have been on the lot. The brakes and rotors were clearly shot. You could feel the grinding immediately just driving through the lot, and it was loud enough to hear with the windows up. It was obvious this vehicle needed immediate repair, yet it was still being shown and offered for sale. That alone made me question how thorough (or honest) their inspection process really is.
We ultimately purchased a Jaguar XE 25t for our 16-year-old son, thinking we found a great deal. However, we quickly discovered a major issue that was never disclosed: the key fob does not unlock the driver’s door. Our son is literally forced to climb in through another door just to get into the car. I thought no big deal, we purchased the 6 month dealer warranty, well when we brought this to their attention, instead of addressing the issue, they ran to pull our financial agreement and argued that we didn’t purchase an additional warranty for electrical components. This was incredibly frustrating, as this is a basic functionality issue that should have been disclosed, or better yet, fixed before the car was ever sold.
When I mentioned leaving a review about this experience, they showed zero concern, which speaks volumes about how they treat their customers after the sale.
To make matters worse, just a few days later when we took the car in for an oil change, we discovered it has an oil leak. Again, something that absolutely should have been caught and addressed during their so-called multipoint inspection.
When my son brought the vehicle back to them, we were told they wanted to keep the car, but couldn’t even give a timeline for when it would be looked at. This is completely unrealistic. We rely on that vehicle, and I am still without a car myself since mine was totaled. My son and I had been sharing a vehicle, and now this situation has forced me into rushing another purchase.
I originally planned to buy my replacement vehicle from Jeff Wyler as well, but after this experience, there is no chance I will give them any more of my money.
Between unsafe vehicles on the lot, undisclosed issues, lack of accountability, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware!!!
We had such a great experience with Hosey Williams. He worked hard to meet our payment. Absolutely LOVE our new car!
This is one of a LONG line of vehicles I've purchased from Wyler and I continue to be fully satisfied.
