Jennifer turned our out-of-town nightmare transmission break down in the middle of a trip from WA to CA at the beginning of Thanksgiving week into the very best of car service experiences. She was easy to get in touch with about the ongoing repair status at all times, made it possible to have a replacement transmission approved as soon as possible, and had the parts ordered and labor done by the end of the week when we traveled back through avoiding our having to wait for weeks, then make a separate overnight trip there and back later to pick up the car.
