Buying my first car at Toyota of Rockwall was absolutely amazing! Taylor was an amazing dealer and made the whole process smooth, easy, and stress free from start to finish. David in finance was also super helpful and made everything quick and simple to understand. Both of them were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Definitely recommend working with Taylor and David if you’re looking for a car!!!
The overall service of the dealership is decent, but I wanted to brag on one of the service employees, Kawa. I came in today needed a repeat service and he was so helpful and kind. He had tons of integrity in a situation where he didn’t need to. Went out of my way to send this review because he was so great.
I want to express my gratitude to Vu Doan for his assistance throughout the vehicle purchase process. I also want to thank the dealership for having a kids’ play area for my son to enjoy the toys available. Mr. Doan, I felt very relaxed and comfortable with your honesty and expertise during the test drive. I also appreciate your respectfulness towards my brother for answering his questions, even though I was the person purchasing the vehicle.
