It’s very hard to enjoy a car buying experience, but these guys made it seem-less and easy! There are 4 Honda dealers closer to me than GL, but I am so glad I made the drive.

The salesman was taking all the information keeping me standing at the door. Extremely rude. I asked about a car in the morning. Did not say anything about its availability. Let me know its unavailable after I reach there.

I purchased a new 2023 Honda HRV 9/30/22 the deal was 5000 less than the over sticker Dealer in Kalamazoo. I ordered the car in early August and the salesman kept me apprised of the vehicle status.. I was super happy with the car and the great staff at Gurley Leep and will send anyone in the market for a vehicle to them.

The most rudest customer service I have EVER experienced. The manager was rude making crappy comments. We’re told our car would be traded in for one value and then told something else the next minute and when we called it out they said we weren’t telling the truth. We STILL stayed and tried to work with them after all that and when we decided to walk due to the HORRIBLE customer service the manager laughed and smirked. Sad that we were very interested in the car and we’re ready to drive it off and sign. I just have never had this horrible of customer service experience EVER.
