Friendly, professional The staff from management down to sales were friendly and professional. We were greeted instantly after we got out of the car. Saw what I cam in for, test drove it and brought it after negotiating the deal.
Service was quick. I was kept informed as to the progress of my car service Price was fair!
I have been very happy with the service. I have received at this Toyota dealership. Sergio has been very responsive and communicates well. Beverly in the car rental is just about the loveliest nicest and easiest person to work with along with the two women at the counter when it’s time to check out. Really a great team here.
It was a good decision going to this Norm reeves Toyota Dallas on Thursday jun the 25th, Pedro Cachay, guided me very professional all the way from the parking lot to the final purchase.
