An AI was talking on the phone when I went to book the appointment for my oil change, and it claimed to have booked my appointment. I drove twenty miles for them to say I wasn't on the appointment list, so we waited about three hours for the oil change. However, they changed my oil, so it wasn't too bad. They even cleaned my car, which was another plus.
