We walked in to browse, and were the given space we needed. Our (eventual) salesperson Samuel, had tremendous patience, and a terrific ability to read our family’s vibe. First to look in our own time, and later to ask questions and get into the details. He knew the answers to our questions, and the details of the various models and trim levels-, how they changed between model years. He was calm and helpful. We felt cared for, without being pressured or pushed. We are very happy with our eventual selection, with great follow through from the dealership. Highly recommend.

I know many people, including myself, have walked into a car dealership and felt like a piece of bait being circled by sharks? Who’s going to make the next sale? I always feel so aggravated walking into a car dealership. Well this was NOT the case with Pembroke Pines Subaru. My husband and I found a car online that we knew would be a great fit. I chatted with the online rep to schedule an appointment to see it and so began our FANTASTIC journey. Later that evening we received a very nice text from Kevin Staubyn who I would later learn would be our contact at the dealership. He asked when would be a good time for us to see the car so he could have it ready when we arrived. We made an appointment for the weekend. In the meantime he sent us an overview of the car and provided a very informative video showing the inside and outside well as a personal introduction of himself. I immediately felt a connection. He is a kind, honest soul and his parent raised him right! We went over the weekend and drove the car, spent a couple of hours test driving others and looking at all models to ensure what we wanted. Kevin was so extremely knowledgeable not only about the Subaru’s, but the Lexus models. By the end of our visit, we ended up with the car we wanted. Kevin then introduced us to the Financing Manager Andres Gomez. Andres spent some time collecting our income/credit information and ran our information through a number of banks and credit unions. We ended up with an AMAZING loan rate. Better than I could have obtained on my own. Given the expenses of our family, someone really trying to save us a few dollars was greatly appreciated! If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned automobile, don’t miss out on an opportunity to experience customer service at its best and walk away from the experience feeling as if you’re the only customer. The sale, financing, registering the car, obtaining the license plate, keys, and adding to our insurance policy…it all went seamless.
