They went out of their way to find an Escalade build that no one had within hundreds of miles and got it to us way quicker than expected. They also worked with us to pick up and deliver the vehicle to have additional options added. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was a terrific experience.

i recently visited Cadillac of Norwood without anappointment for a vehicle inspection- They were fabulous in accommodating me and also simplifying the process and cost -
Cars after mine came out washed i am very disappointed my car came out unwashed.
SHOULD HAVE SNACKS WHEN WAITING 3 HOURS AND SHOULD OFFER LOANERS SO WE DON'T HAVE TO SIT THERE
My Optiq had a serious brake system failure. It took several days to get the required parts and installed. George managed the process well and kept me informed.
