Singlehandedly the worst car buying attempt I've ever had and I've bought about 30 cars from many different places. The manager was the most combative and argumentative I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He has the "my way, or no way attitude". When I would point out things that other dealers were doing he'd just ignore me or deflect. Very disrespectful and condescending. I'm used to having to do a little back forth but never had someone be so dismissive and treat me like I he could care less if I bought from them. I could not recommend buying from them. But being a typical 80s style car dealer I'm sure he would say I'm the difficult one because it couldn't be him.

I had written Lawley Ford off due to poor experience years ago. However, I guess them a shot after a very positive experience there with our KIA Sorento. Glad that I did as the deal was a good one. Now the owner of a 2023 F150. Entire staff that I dealt with was courteous, professional, and caring. Good job, Damien, Mike, Rusty, and Sheake.
Service Department can’t be trusted. I paid for “The Works” package which is supposed to include a tire rotation however, this was not done. How do I know? I always mark the tires beforehand. They did, however, have the time and resources to find a $1000 recommended repair. Shady! Shady! Shady! Integrity matters and they failed the test.
Best buying experience we have had in buying a vehicle - from finding us the truck we needed all the way through finance. Our first experience in purchasing a vehicle was over 30 years ago so this wasn’t our first time, but definitely the best! Treated us with respect and did not pressure us in any way. Thank you Tony and Adam for making this the easiest and most enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Have traded with them several times. So glad to have a personable dealership. After dealing with big city dealer we knew we had to find some dealership who cares about keeping customers
